Baked Chicken

Here is an easy recipe that makes Sunday lunch easy (if you’re okay with leaving your oven on when you’re at church!)

We use 12 chicken thighs. Adjust accordingly for your family 🙂

Preheat oven to 300.

1. Melt a stick of butter in the microwave.

2.Mix in some sage, salt, pepper, or whatever other spices you may like.

3. Oil/butter your baking plan if you want, and put the chicken thighs in it. Cover them with the butter and spice mixture.

4. Put it in the oven.

They take about 2.5 to 3 hours to cook at this temperature, so they should be ready when you get home from church if you time it right and your house isn’t burnt down.
