Steak Dinner

Tonight we had steaks on the menu for dinner. Since it is winter, and no one in my family wanted to stand outside to grill these, we decided to try a method of cooking our friend, Mr. Zude raves about. They turned out great. We all agreed that we liked them better grilled, but in the winter this was a good alternative.

Here’s how we made them:

First, we marinated them for a couple hours in a teriyaki marinade that we use for EVERYTHING.

Next, we seared the stakes in a very hot skillet.

Once steaks were just browned on first side, we flipped and let brown on the other side.SAMSUNG CAMERA PICTURES

We placed them on a foil-lined baking sheet; baked them at 350 for 10-12 min, or until steaks were cooked to our preferred doneness.

We served our steaks with carrot french fries,
